Jason “Joker” is a Washington, DC–born tattoo artist with 17 years of professional experience, having worked across Maryland, Miami, New York City, and Montreal, Canada. His diverse background and exposure to multiple tattoo markets have shaped him into a versatile, adaptable artist capable of working confidently across nearly every style.
