MIchelle

Michelle is an artist in training raised in Maryland with Chilean and Salvadoran roots, currently in her second year of training under Jordi Pla at the world-famous Black Flamingo Collective.

She comes from a professional background in illustration and sign art, and also works seasonally as a game developer creating alternative-controller indie games. Before tattooing, Michelle trained as a concept artist for video games, an influence that continues to shape her love for animals, nature, and creature-driven designs.

Michelle especially enjoys tattooing animals, florals, and fantastical themes, and is most excited about creating custom work that ranges from bubbly, cute aesthetics to grittier, darker imagery. She works comfortably in both black and grey and color, with styles spanning clean cell shading to semi-realism, always adapting her approach to best bring each client’s vision to life.

As she continues strengthening her foundation, Michelle is eager to take on larger projects such as half and full sleeves, with a focus on bold linework and dynamic, playful compositions. She’s genuinely excited to meet new clients and collaborate on fun, meaningful pieces.
